Refund Policy
We will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. Simply post Zoe Ellis-Moore (ZEM) shoes back to us in it’s original packaging with labels attached, together with a copy of your order number. Please e-mail info@zoeellismoore.co.uk with your order number and intentions (exchange or refund) prior to sending it back to us. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Postage is your responsibility. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
If you are returning Faulty Goods, please return them in a clean condition as we are unable to accept any soiled goods.
